WThis is a home-style version of a drink found on a new drinks list. This is a large-volume pre-mixed that's bursting with tastes of a holiday season, which makes it ideal for hosting a celebration. Reserve the remaining syrup for morning drinks, sweets, or to mix more rounds of the drink.

To make the Clementine Cordial (makes 750ml)
300ml recently pressed clementine juice
200ml recently pressed lemon juice
500g fine sugar
Ingredients for the Premix (makes 850ml, enough for 10)
400ml premium vodka
100ml dry gin
150ml peach schnapps
200ml citrus syrup (as made above)
Whole cranberries, for garnish
Mandarin essential oil, to finish
Instructions
For the Cordial: Combine every items inside a pot, heat until it reaches a simmer, agitating until the sugar dissolves. Next, remove from the burner allowing it to cool completely. Pour into an clean bottle, close it and refrigerate it in the fridge, it can be stored for around four weeks.
To make Premix: Pour every liquid ingredients into one large bottle, let it rest for an hour, then strain , ideally through a fine cloth, so it's fully clarified.
To serve: Measure 85ml of the batch mix to a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir lightly for one minute to cool it down. Strain into a frosted cocktail glass or a similar vessel, top with some cranberries and finish with a brief mist of mandarin oil over the top.
